Don't be fooled by the paid ratings. Do not choose this hotel. We booked a room here as this hotel was close to my office. We booked the room through phone call the day before our stay. But as we arrived at the hotel the next morning at 6.30 pm, they asked us to go to their nearby branch which is almost a km away. after a long journey, they made us walk to their branch which is through slums. They didn't even direct us to the route. Was very angry. The contact persons won't pick up the call. Do not trust these guys. I would give a 0 rating if I could. Most worst management. Our whole day was made worse by these guys.

Staff assumed that I'm pranking on them, I think there is a staff already working there got same name as me and when I tried to book a room, they've replied vulgar language, as my patience was good on that day I tried calling them again, explained that this is for real, but same thing happened, And I know they've got very good google reviews and that's the reason I want to book a room there ,but didn't expect this. the management should be ready to answer the police as I'm going to file a complaint.

Good Rooms with proper ventilation.But Doesn't Match the size of deluxe room.Very compact.Otherwise Pleasant Rooms to stay without any hindrance & Noise

Romms are not looking good. Bad smell from pillows.room walls are ugly. No soap and drinking water provided. Dont prefer this Nearby only 1:restaurentband that is little expensive.

I give 0 rating to this hotel... Because this hotel is not safe for couples and also not for individuals please do not choose this hotel by any chance...the staff are not taminilians they are from bihar not educated no hospitality the behave like rowdys and goondaism... They literally scare the customers if we ask anything like hot water or dental kit.. It's dangerous because they Even ready to hit. The room is dirty and cannot speak at language... The owner of this hotel is careless he didn't take any action also if u call to the owner all the calls Are directed to rowdys And they will ask our room number and they will come to our room and will make nuisance.. Please be careful don't choose this hotel. If u r with a family.

Great Experience I would like to mention Vegneesh who helped a lot during the stay. I stayed almost more than 15 nights as a regular guest . Rooms are comfortable , clean , hygiene all maintained. But one thing as a regular guest room rate should be given discounted rate.

Room was small compared to other rooms. Room was clean and good. High mosquitoes too much. When you just open door for a minute 20-30 mosquitoes come inside. Even in the lifts also always surrounded by mosquitoes.
